The company is owned and operated by Ahmed Khalil and offers cabinet refinishing, interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, property management turnover work, realtor pre-sale painting, and new-construction painting.

- Google Analytics (anonymized) helps us understand how visitors arrive at and move through our website. IP addresses are masked. We use this data in aggregate, not to identify individual visitors.
- GoHighLevel CRM is the system we use to track leads, schedule consultations, store quote details, and run our project pipeline. Your contact and project information is stored here so the right person on our team can follow up with you.
- Mailgun is the service that sends transactional emails on our behalf, such as quote confirmations, scheduling notes, and invoice notifications.
We do not use your information with these providers for any purpose beyond delivering our service to you.
6. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies only. These are small files placed on your browser that help the site work correctly, remember basic preferences, and measure traffic in aggregate through Google Analytics. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings if you prefer.

We keep your contact and project records for seven years from the date of your last project or interaction with us. This retention period reflects Canadian tax, business, and warranty record-keeping requirements. After seven years, records are securely deleted unless an active warranty, dispute, or legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
If you want your information removed from our records sooner than the standard retention period, email ahmed@allinonepainting.ca with the subject line "Delete My Information" and we will confirm what we can remove while staying compliant with Canadian record-keeping rules.
8. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
